Delivery
P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders must be shipped to complete physical addresses. Please ensure you provide all mandatory location information in the Checkout Order Form.
Order Packages
Each order will be delivered in a single gift box.
Estimated Delivery Dates
- All purchases are subject to bank authorization before processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
- We aim to provide the most accurate delivery time for your convenience. Once your order is shipped, our courier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. The courier will make up to two additional delivery attempts if the first attempt fails.
- For the latest delivery updates, refer to the tracking information provided in your email or message confirmation. Use the tracking number to check your package status online.

- Estimated delivery dates apply only to in-stock items and may vary based on shipment details.
- Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability.
- Delivery in Kuwait typically takes 1-2 working days.
- Shipping to other countries typically takes 4-6 working days.
- The dates provided are estimates and may be subject to change.
Shipments to International Addresses
We accept orders for delivery to destinations outside Kuwait. Additional shipping fees and delivery times may apply.
Holiday Delivery & Shipping Information
During peak holiday seasons, such as Eid Al-Fitr, Eid Al-Adha, Hijri Day, National Day, and other festive occasions, shipments may require additional processing time. Please plan accordingly when placing your orders.
- Orders received after 2 PM will be processed on the next business day.
