Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible 

* Item must be unused and in its original packaging.
* Proof of purchase is required.
* Items with manufacturing defects are eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll review your request and arrange the appropriate solution.

 

Return Shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If the return is due to our error or a defective item, we’ll take care of the return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return has been approved:

* KNET: 3–5 business days
* Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay & other payment methods: 15 business days
