Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing your item to request a return or exchange, in accordance with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry's regulations governing consumer rights.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be in a resellable condition, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
  • Items must meet the product specifications or have a fault or defect attributed to the brand.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at support@byadamstar.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will inspect the goods to determine whether the issue qualifies for a return or exchange.

Return Shipping and Pick-Up

In cases where a correct, undamaged order is returned, the customer will bear the return shipping fees. Our delivery partner will arrange for the pick-up directly from your provided address. Items must be in their original state (unused) and ready for collection, along with the original purchase receipt.

Refund Process

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • KNET Payments: 3–5 working days.
  • Other Payment Methods (Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, etc.): 3–15 working days.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the items are in their original condition, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
