Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are carefully prepared before dispatch.

* Kuwait: 1–2 business days
* International: 6-10 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Will you ship to QATAR if I don’t provide a valid ID?

Unfortunately, no. Due to local customs regulations, a valid Qatari Civil ID is required to complete deliveries within Qatar.

Can I return or exchange my order?

We hope you love every order you receive. If you experience any issue with your purchase, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and delivery details.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we’ll do our best to update your shipping details.
