Return and Refund Policy

In accordance with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry's regulation governing the exchange and refund rights of consumers, customers can exchange or refund purchased items within 14 days of purchase, based on the following terms and conditions:

 

  1. Items to be exchanged or refunded should be in a resellable condition in their original packaging accompanied with the original purchase receipt.
  2. We will inspect the goods to be replaced or returned to ensure they match the ordered product and/or identify any defects not apparent at the time of purchase. Based on the inspection, requests will be either accepted or denied.
  3. Items can be exchanged or refunded if they do not meet product specification and/or have a fault or defect by the brand.
  4. The customer can exchange or refund the purchased items only if the above conditions are met.
  5. In case of returning a correct, undamaged order, the customer will have to bear the return shipping fees carried out through Aramex courier services only, and the order must be in its original state (unused), together with its original purchase receipt.

Bank refund SLA for KNET within 3-5 working days

Bank refund SLA for all other forms of payments (Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Credit Card etc..) within 3-15 working days
